The Growth Marketing Manager plays a vital role in strengthening KEVANI’s market presence and advancing our revenue ambitions.
Role Overview
The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for driving measurable growth through modern marketing strategy, demand generation, and elevated brand storytelling. This role partners closely with the Sales Team to develop high-impact campaigns, refine KEVANI’s market positioning, and deliver the tools and insights needed to engage and convert high-value clients.
This individual combines creativity with commercial discipline. They understand how to build desire for a brand, how to influence sophisticated decision-makers, and how to execute with exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy
Design and execute integrated marketing strategies that support KEVANI’s commercial objectives.
Identify growth opportunities across channels such as digital, content, experiential, and partnerships.
Collaborate with Leadership to shape forward-looking initiatives that elevate brand positioning.
Demand Generation
Build and manage marketing programs that drive qualified engagement and strengthen the sales pipeline.
Partner with Sales to develop targeted outreach initiatives for priority accounts and verticals.
Implement lead nurturing strategies that improve conversion and maintain momentum with prospective clients.
Brand Marketing and Storytelling
Ensure KEVANI’s brand narrative is expressed with refinement and consistency across all channels.
Develop materials including case studies, marketing decks, presentations, and visual content that reflect KEVANI’s creative excellence.
Work with creative partners to elevate visual identity and reinforce KEVANI’s luxury positioning in the marketplace.
Sales Enablement
Create high-impact assets that support Sales in presenting KEVANI’s value proposition.
Translate data, insights, and market dynamics into persuasive materials that resonate with clients.
Provide strategic input on pitch development, meeting preparation, and proposal refinement.
Performance, Insights, and Optimization
Measure marketing performance using clear KPIs tied to growth and revenue impact.
Analyze channel performance, audience engagement, and pipeline contribution to inform strategy.
Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to maintain KEVANI’s edge.
Qualifications
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite with advanced proficiency in applications such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Fluency in the Apple ecosystem including mastery of Pages, Keynote, and other Apple productivity tools.
Experience in growth marketing, brand marketing, advertising, or a related field.
Demonstrated success building multi-channel campaigns that support revenue generation.
Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills with an elevated aesthetic sensibility.
Ability to interpret data, analyze performance, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
Familiarity with marketing technology, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
A collaborative and team-oriented mindset with the ability to partner effectively across Sales, Creative, and Leadership.
A passion for design, architecture, advertising, and storytelling is a plus.
