Diana Serrano serves as Account Manager for KEVANI, and is committed to client success. Her priority is to ensure media campaigns run smoothly, and she also assists the sales team with proposals, and special projects.

Throughout her years working in the out-of-home (OOH) industry, including her time at Outdoor Media Group (now Hearts & Science, the agency of record for Warner Bros) and JCDecaux, Diana has gained insight into the significance of the customer experience. To that end, Diana strives to provide clients with superior service throughout their partnership with KEVANI.

Joining the KEVANI team has been an exciting step in Diana’s career, and she is thrilled to be part of a company that provides innovative client solutions. She looks forward to seeing KEVANI expand, and continue to lead the industry in both customer service and bold ingenuity.
